Some Westmoreland residents contemplating next move after TS Rafael damage
Tropical Storm Rafael did not spare Westmoreland from its wrath, and some residents including those whose homes were damaged, are contemplating their next move.
Strong winds from the storm caused tress to fall unto homes.
Heavy rains also caused flooding that affected furniture and appliances.
Some of the affected persons relocated to relatives, while at least 12 people were at the shelter in Grange Hill.
Member of Parliament for Westmoreland Western Morland Wilson said flooding was reported in sections of Negril.
He said assistance will be given to affected citizens.
