Matthew Samuda was sworn in as Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Job Creation this morning.

Mr. Samuda resigned from the post last month, to contest the by-election in North East St. Ann.

He was victorious in that election.

Mr. Samuda was sworn in by Governor General Sir Patrick Allen at 11:28 a.m.
