The Education Ministry is actively working to install security cameras in more public schools. 

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dr. Kasan Troupe announced that approximately $8 billion will be allocated to a program focused on the design and implementation of CCTV cameras in educational institutions.

Meantime, she reported that Wi-Fi and broadband projects are 46% complete.

She made these remarks during a recent press conference for the Education Transformation Oversight Committee (ETOC).
