Member of Parliament for Western St. Mary, Robert Montague is reporting that repair works have started on the Carron Hall High School in his constituency.

Mr. Montague said Hurricane Beryl took sections of the school’s roof and damaged the electrical system when it passed over the island last month.

He said work is being done to get all damaged institutions in the area open for September, as children should not lose a day of school.
