Two people have been taken to hospital following a mishap involving a plane at the Tinson Pen Aerodrome along Marcus Garvey Drive in Kingston.

Transport Minister, Daryl Vaz confirmed the incident which occurred at 12 :45 this afternoon.

He said he was informed by the Jamaica Civil Aviation Authority that the plane ran off the runway, overturned and came to a halt in the verges.
