Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang lauds MOCA for its work in combating cyber crimes and corruption, as the agency celebrates 10 years
National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang has lauded the Major Organized Crime and Anti-Corruption Agency (MOCA) for the work it has done, as it celebrates 10 years of existence.
Speaking at MOCA’s Anniversary Church Service this morning, Dr. Chang said MOCA stands at the forefront of the fight against transnational crimes, cyber threats and corruption.
He said the agency’s work remains essential as cyber and transnational crimes remain a threat to the economy’s growth and development.
Dr. Chang said since MOCA’s inception it has made and continues to make an invaluable contribution to law enforcement.
