Minister of Culture, Gender Affairs, Entertainment and Sport, Olivia “Babsy” Grange has been hospitalised.

She was reportedly admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as a precautionary measure.

The reason for her hospitalisation has not been disclosed.

The minister’s health status was made public when she had to miss the Grand Gala on Independence Day due to having the flu.

Government Senator Abka Fitz-Henley, who was reportedly authorized by Ms. Grange to speak on her behalf, indicated that she is expected to be released from the ICU soon.
