Frustrated residents of Georges Valley in St Elizabeth have blocked the main road demanding the restoration of electricity and water .

They say 26 days have passed since the passage of Hurricane Beryl .

The the placard bearing residents have used trees and other debris to block the main road.

One of the residents told Irie FM News , that only one light post was destroyed during the passage of Beryl.

She added that electricity is needed to facilitate pumping of water
