Minister of Energy and Telecommunications, Daryl Vaz has summoned the Jamaica Public Service (JPS), Flow and Digicel, to a meeting this morning, to give updates on the restoration of critical utilities.

The minister has asked each entity to present a comprehensive briefing on plans to resume normal operations, with clear timelines.

Following the meeting, a press briefing, with Water Minister Matthew Samuda, will be held, to update the nation

Mr Vaz sought to assure that power will be restored, by any means necessary.
