The MET Service has discontinued the flash flood warning for all parishes, effective immediately.

In a release this afternoon, it said satellite imagery and rainfall data indicate that only periods of light showers occurred across the island today.

The forecast is for isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms to continue across most parishes during the afternoon over the next few days.

The MET Service will continue to monitor the situation.
