Transport Minister Daryl Vaz is bemoaning the deaths of two students of the Titchfield High School in Portland, following a motor vehicle crash, yesterday.

In a release last evening, Mr Vaz, who is also Member of Parliament for Western Portland, said these incidents are happening, far too often.

Mr. Vaz described the situation as truly heartbreaking.

He said the National Road Safety Council is to meet this week to devise a plan to reduce road fatalities.
