The trial of the three soldiers charged with the 2010 murder of businessman Keith Clarke is facing yet another delay.

This after an adjournment was granted today following an application by the Crown, which said a transcript for Clarke’s widow, Claudette was unavailable.

Despite opposition by defense lawyers Peter Champagnie and Linton Gordon, Justice Dale Staple granted the adjournment.

A jury was empanelled yesterday to try the case, which was previously delayed due to a shortage of jurors.

The case will now continue in the Home Circuit Court on Monday.

Keith Clarke was shot and killed at his St. Andrew home during a police-military operation on March 27, 2010.

The operation aimed to apprehend then-fugitive Christopher “Dudus” Coke.

Corporals Greg Tingling and Odel Buckley, along with Private Arnold Henry are charged with the murder.
