Police theorize that yesterday’s fire at Ray Ray Market is due to an arson attack
Police investigating yesterday’s fire at the Ray Ray Market in Downtown Kingston have theorized that the fire is due to an arson attack.
Deputy Superintendent of Police at the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch, Oral Foster expressed concern regarding the frequency of fires at the location.
He said police will carry out a full investigation to find the person or persons responsible for the fire.

Meantime, speaking in an interview with IRIE FM News today, one vendor lamented that the recurring fires negatively impact vendors’ livelihoods.
