Vendors at Ray Ray market in Kingston affected by early morning blaze
Several vendors at the Ray Ray market in Downtown Kingston, are again reeling from the impacts of a fire.
This, as several stalls were gutted by a blaze at about 1:40 this morning.
The Jamaica Fire Brigade’s Superintendent Joshua Davis told reporters this morning, that goods were also destroyed in the blaze. He said it took four units to extinguish the fire.
Superintendent Davis said investigators are trying to determine what caused the blaze.
He lamented that fires are continuously plaguing the market, as another fire broke out at the facility in January last year.
