Skeletal remains, believed to be those of 29-year old Stephanie Williams, otherwise called ‘Meddik’, were found in a cane field, in Wallen District, St Catherine, on Wednesday.

Williams went missing last August.

Head of the Crime and Security Portfolio Deputy Commissioner of Police Fitz Bailey said the remains will compared with DNA samples to verify identity.
