Government has budgeted $1.3t for the upcoming fiscal year 2024 / 2025.

Finance Minister Dr. Nigel Clarke told parliament today, that debts that mature this calendar year are included in the budget.

He said over $400b will cover compensation expenses.

The finance minister added that the government needs to be careful with allocations, so that there are adequate resources for capital expenditure.
