A 30 year-old man was shot and killed on Pele Drive in Flankers, St. James, yesterday.

Dead is Junior Reid otherwise called ‘Oyster Boy’ of Flankers.

Police reports are that at about 5:10 p.m, Reid was among a group of persons along the roadway, when gunmen approached and opened fire hitting him.

Reid was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
