Head of the Public Safety and Traffic Enforcement Branch (PSTEB) Assistant Commissioner of Police, Gary Mckenzie, is warning truck drivers that failure to comply with the requirement for mud guards on their units will result in prosecution.

ACP McKenzie explains that mudguards affixed to large units prevent debris picked up by the rotating tyres from flying onto other vehicles, which can result in crashes.
