Four men are in police custody after they were reportedly caught breaking into a jewellery store in Manchester this morning. 

The men’s identities have not been released. 

Police reports are that at about 4:00 AM, the men were in the process of gaining access to the jewellery store when a police team on patrol spotted the suspicious activity.

The team apprehended the men and found in their possession, implements including, a crowbar, hammer and chisel. 

A motorcar was also seized.
