At least 3 killed in crashes at the weekend
At least three people died in motor vehicle crashes at the weekend.
They include a 26-year-old male motorcyclist who died from injuries sustained in a crash along the Porus main road in Manchester on Friday evening;
A male pedal cyclist who died after being hit along the Martha Brae main road in Falmouth, Trelawny at around 8 p-m on Saturday;
And 23-year-old Shadedra Williams who was killed in a three-vehicle collision along the Mandela Highway in St. Catherine, also on Saturday.
Reacting to the latest death, Vice-Chairman of the National Road Safety Council Dr. Lucien Jones urged road users to be cautious as they traverse the nation’s roads.
