King of the Dancehall Beenie Man is expressing gratitude after earning his first Gold certification in the United States for his 1997 hit, ‘Who Am I’.
On Wednesday (Nov 15), the song was certified Gold in the US by the Recording Industry Association Of America after selling 500,000 units.
Beenie Man responded to the feat with a post of the article written by World Music Views, shared to his verified Instagram account, which he captioned using three praying hand emojis.
The Dancehall deejay recently scored his fourth Grammy nomination for his album ‘SIMMA’ in the Best Reggae Album Category.
