Agriculture Minister Floyd Green says his ministry will be embarking on an islandwide new face of food stakeholder engagement session.

He said the initiative will get underway on Thursday in the corporate area.

He noted that the initiative will also be used to promote new investment opportunities.

The agriculture minister added, that the programme will focus on export expansion, as there is a demand for many local produce.

He noted that the ministry will then journey to Hayes in Clarendon on Friday.

He was speaking at a Post Cabinet Press Briefing on Wednesday morning.
