Arrangements made for UHWI to take dengue cases that overflow from BHC
Health and Wellness Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton says arrangements have been made for the University Hospital of the West Indies, to take dengue cases that overflow from the Bustamante hospital for children.
The move is a part of the government’s dengue response, as it monitors the illness on children.
He noted that children are more susceptible to the type 2 strain, that’s now prevalent.
