Woman arrested in relation to murder of Danielle Rowe
A woman has been taken into police custody in relation to the murder of eight year old Danielle Rowe.
Deputy Commissioner of police Fitz Bailey gave the update today.
He explained that the woman was picked up in the Corporate Area earlier this afternoon.
Danielle was abducted from her school in Portmore, St. Catherine, two months ago.
She was later found in St. Andrew with her throat slashed.
The child was rushed to hospital but later succumbed.
Investigators later launched a search for a woman who was last seen in the company of the child.
