Finance Minister says he will only engage with recognized unions, following industrial action by some government prosecutors
The Finance Ministry has emphasized that it only engages with bargaining groups duly recognized as representatives of occupational groupings within the public sector.
The statement follows industrial action, taken today by prosecutors employed to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, as they called for better wages.
The action impacted court proceedings in 6 parishes.
