Normal operations have resumed at UC Rusal facilities following a meeting with management on Wednesday.

Irate workers, who had been taking industrial action since Monday, went back to their duties, as at the midnight shift.

They are upset about protracted wage negotiations, and the position taken by management.

The Union of Clerical Administrative and Supervisory Employees, Ucase, said during Wednesday‘s meeting both parties agreed that there will be no victimization.

Ucase General Secretary John Levy said talks will continue with the company, at the Industrial Dispute Tribunal.
