The St Catherine South Police have been seeing an increase in lottery scamming-related crimes in the Portmore area of the division.

This, according to Detective Inspector Brenton Williams.

Speaking at a virtual town hall meeting last evening (April 2), The inspector noted that several operations were undertaken recently to apprehend persons involved in scamming.
