Integrity Commission defends it action following criticism about handling of Holness case
The Integrity Commission sought to bring clarity to the matter relating to the report of its Director of Investigation and the ruling of the Director of Corruption Prosecution, in the matter of Westcon Construction limited and the Prime Minister.
This followed a number of public statements about how the Commission handled the reports of the probe into an alleged conflict of interest.
The ruling of the Director of Corruption Prosecution was made public two days after the investigative report was tabled.
It stated that no charge should be brought against the Prime Minister, as no evidence was found to substantiate the claims.
