SERHA reviewing security cameras and patient logs at KPH following discovery of deceased foetus
The South East Regional Health Authority, SERHA says, it is reviewing security cameras and patient logs, at the Kingston Public Hospital following the discovery of a deceased foetus, at the facility, yesterday (November 3).
In a release last evening, the Health and Wellness Ministry noted, that based on preliminary information, the foetus was discovered by a man cleaning the sewer, underneath the basement of the hospital.
The matter has been reported to the police.
In providing an update this morning (November 4), SERHA‘s Regional Director, Errol Greene told Irie FM News, that an extensive probe is being conducted, and it is hoped that it will yield results soon.
