Carifta triathlon and Aqauthlon championship postponed
The fourth staging of the Carifta triathlon and Aqauthlon championship originally slated for this weekend in clearwater Bermuda has been postponed, due to the expected arrival of hurricane Fiona.
The two day meet has been pushed back to the tentative dates of November 12-13 to be staged at the same venue.
Jamaica was gearing up to send a 16 member team to the meet, and coach.
Some of the countries confirmed to compete include Aruba, Barbados, Bahamas, Grenada, Trinidad and Tobago, host Bermuda along with Jamaica.
Andrea Williamson travels as the team manager and Alecia Robb-Allen as team doctor.
