Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz to face Argentina in Friendly International on September 27
Jamaica’s Reggae Boyz will play Argentina in a Friendly International on September 27 at the Red Bull Arena in New York.
This will be the second game for the Lionel Messi-led South American team in the US within a week as they are scheduled to play Honduras in Miami a few days earlier.
This will be the third time the reggae boys will be facing Argentina and have lost on all three occasions.
They went down 5 nil to the Argentinians at the 1998 World Cup in France.
On the second occasion the Reggae boys lost 2-1 in a friendly International in 2010 while they lost one nil at the Copa America in 2015.
Argentina is one of the favorites for this year’s FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
