8 new Covid-19 cases recorded
Jamaica has recorded 8 new Covid-19 related deaths.
The deaths occurred between August of last year and this month.
The deceased are 4 females and 4 males, ranging in age from 36 to 95 years.
7 are from Trelawny, and the other St. Elizabeth.

3 additional coincidental deaths have also been recorded.
Meantime, 92 new Covid-19 cases have been recorded.
They are 60 females and 32 males, ranging in age from 4 months to 87 years.
The positivity rate is 14 percent.
126 persons are hospitalized with the virus; among them are 35 moderately ill, 11 severely ill and 3 critically ill.
There are 135 more recoveries.
