A 72-year-old man is suspected to have committed suicide at the May Pen Hospital in Clarendon on Friday.

Dead is Ernel Simpson of Duke Street, May Pen.

Reports are that at about 12:57 A.M., a routine check was being conducted when Simpson was found in the male bathroom hanging from a window with a sheet tied around his neck.

He was later pronounced dead.

Investigations continue.
