3 men were fatally shot during an alleged confrontation with the police in Windward Road Kingston 2 this morning. 

The deceased have not been identified. 

Police say the incident occurred about 1:30 AM. 

Lawmen say they were in the area when they were engaged in an armed confrontation with gunmen. 

According to the Police report,  when the shooting subsided the three men were found suffering from gunshot wounds. 

They were pronounced dead at hospital.

1 Sig Sauer 9MM pistol and a 9MM Ruger with a total of nine, 9MM rounds were allegedly seized during the incident.
