243 people have been killed in road crashes in the country since the start of the year.
This is 32 fewer than the 274 recorded in the corresponding period, last year.
Despite this decline, persons are being urged to exercise caution on the nation’s roads, as speeding and failure to keep to the proper traffic lane, continue to be the main causes of road fatalities.
