He is wanted for murder, and is reportedly known to be involved in other serious criminal activities, including robbery, car theft and carjacking.

Williams is considered armed and dangerous.

He is known to frequent the communities of: Nannyville, Stony Hill, Chisholm Avenue, and Swallowfield.
