Permanent Secretary, Dr. Kasan Troupe, says teachers can be assured while the Ministry may not have all the resources it desires, it remains focused on ensuring that what is available will be used effectively to support teachers and the wider education system.

Her remarks come as the Government and teachers hold wage talks.
