Olympic bronze medalist Rasheed Broadbell is listed as one of three Jamaicans down to compete  in the men’s 110 hurdles event at the upcoming Shanghai Diamond League meeting in China on the weekend.  

Former Olympic champion Hansel Parchment and Orlando Bennett are the other Jamaicans listed in a field that will missing reigning Olympic champion Grant Holloway. The American, who finished last at the season-opening Diamond League meet in Xiamen on April 26, elected to withdraw due to a lingering knee issue. 

In the women’s equivalent the red hot Danielle Williams fresh from a win in Xiamen last weekend, will face the world record holder Tobi Amusan of Nigeria, along with Devynne Charlton of Bahamas along with the American pair of Nia Ali and Grace Stark.

Natoya Goule-Toppin will contest the women’s 800 meters. 

Meanwhile, Jordan Scott the Diamond League leader after Saturday’s win, will be the lone Jamaican in the men’s triple jump event, while Daniel Thomas- Dodd will do battle in the Women’s shot putt.
