Speaking at a Jamaica Labour Party Conference in East Central St. Catherine last night, Dr. Holness re-emphasized the raft of developmental plans which, he said, will boost the livelihoods of citizens.

He pointed to plans to develop a new entrance to Portmore and a tech park in the Naggo Head area, among other things.

He also noted plans for 3,000 affordable housing in Portmore – an addition to those units under the Bernard Lodge Project.
