Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica holding car wash to raise funds for Carifta Team

In an effort to raise funds to help send Jamaica’s delegation to the 52nd Carifta Swimming Championship in Trinidad next week, the Aquatic Sports Association of Jamaica (ASAJ) will be holding a car wash this Saturday. 

The Car wash will be held just outside the National Aquatic Centre at Independence Park in Kingston starting at 7am.

The swim team’s goal is to wash over 100 cars and SUVS to raise well needed funds to send the delegation to the four days event.

The ASAJ added that if persons are unable to attend the car wash, then the organisation will accept donations whuh may be remitted electronially to ASAJ’s National Commercial Bank Account, Knutsford Bouleverad branch account number at 351-044- 1306.

Meanwhile the ASAJ has ratified a 30-member swim team along with 7-member management team to represent jamaica at the Championship that will run from April 19th to 22 .
