Finance Minister, Fayval Williams says she wants all women to be reflected in Jamaica’s 2025/2026 national budget.

She made the disclosure at a special post-Cabinet press conference in recognition of women in Cabinet.

It was done in observance of International Women’s Day officially being celebrated on Saturday.

Mrs Williams is expected to make her maiden-budget presentation next Tuesday, March 11.

The budget will be debated and must be approved by March 31.

Mrs. Williams has pledged to use her Ministry to also support the efforts of Gender Minister Olivia Grange.
