The St. Elizabeth police seized three firearms during a pre-dawn operation in Warminster this morning.

Commanding officer for the St. Elizabeth police, Superintendent Coleridge Minto says the weapons seized were one Uzi sub-machine gun, a shotgun and a 9-millimetre pistol.

Six persons including a woman were arrested in connection with the seizure at about 2 o’clock this morning.
