In a statement today the Nurses Association of Jamaica, NAJ said the members’ agitation is due to the implementation of an Extra Hours Worked policy.
Noting the workers’ concerns the NAJ said a clarification meeting has been sought from the Compensation Unit in the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service.
