The six teams to compete in the gold division of the 2024 PHASE 1 Youth Basketball under 16 and under 21 leagues, set to start on November 24, have now been confirmed. 

Reapers, Dreamers and Bolts will play in the Kingston Gold Division, while Swagger, Titans and Bolt will battle in the Montego Bay Western Division. 

The Platinum Division league which will feature the top 40 players in the competition after two weeks, are Kingston Storms, Manchester Horizons, Trelawny Rivers and St James Waves. 

The tournament which is Jamaica’s only Indoor Youth Basketball League, will give the players at both age group levels a chance to showcase their skills, for the possibility of acquiring scholarships to compete in the USA collegiate basketball leagues.
