Commissioner of Corrections Brigadier retired Radgh Mason says focus will be placed on the well being of staff with several mental health initiatives to be implemented.

Noting that the work environment can be stressful the commissioner said resources will be provided for stress management.

He said a peer support programme will also be developed.

He was speaking yesterday at the church service to mark the launch of corrections week. 

The week is being observed under the theme, “Shifting Organizational Culture to Foster Greater Collaboration, Inclusivity and Agility”.
