Another group of Haitian migrants reportedly arrived in Jamaica on Saturday afternoon.
Preliminary reports indicate that the group landed at a beach near Kensington. So far 14 individuals have been accounted for.
The group is the fifth from that country to arrive in Jamaica since the start of the year.
IRIE FM News understands that the group which consists of 11 males, a baby and 3 women arrived by boat sometime around 2:00 PM.
Police officers and members of the Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) coast guard were present at the scene.
The latest arrival comes months after another group of 35 Haitian nationals showed up at a beach in Kensington, Portland on July 28.
That group consisted of five females and a child. They were sent back to their homeland less than 24 hours after they arrived.
Haiti has been facing political instability and civil unrest for several months, prompting many Haitians to flee their homeland.
