2024 season of the Jamaica Racing Pigeon club off to a flying start
The 2024 season of the Jamaica Racing Pigeon club is off to a flying start with Kishan Chin of Ensom876 loft dominating the early competition.
Chin, who shot into the early lead for champion flyer and champion loft with six wins and 4,035 points after three weekends of aerial action, credits his early season success to a change in strategy.
Flyer Kishan Chin of G-squeeze loft is second in the points standing with 2,758 points, followed by Sean Williams of Fly-tastic Titans, who is third on 1,817 to round out the top three.
In last Sunday’s races from Manchioneal, Portland, Chin copped the five-bird event, while Andre Headlam of Headlam’s family loft won the old bird open, while Williams took the young bird open section by sweeping the top-eight positions.
Racing continues with the “PM” challenge from Mandeville, Manchester, on July 7.
The Jamaica Racing Pigeon club season will run through to December.
