2 of 3 students hospitalized following yesterday’s fatal crash on the Bustamante Highway
Two of the three Lennon High students who were hospitalized following yesterday’s fatal crash on the Bustamante Highway in Clarendon remain in critical condition.
Principal of Lennon High, Taneisha Powell, gave the update to IRIE FM News, while noting that the other injured student is to be released from the hospital today.
Twelve-year-old Richard Tulloch of Turner’s District, Chapelton, and sixteen-year-old Jody-Ann Lodge, of New Bowens District, both in Clarendon, were killed in the crash.
Ms. Powell said a first-former and a second-former remain in critical condition.
In the meantime, she said counselling is taking place at the school and with the families of the victims.
