Brianna Lyston set to make Wanda Diamond League debut in Rabat on May 31
Rising Jamaican sprint star Brianna Lyston is set to make her highly anticipated Wanda Diamond League debut in the women’s 100 meters at the Rabat meeting on May 31 in Morrocco.
After transitioning to the professional ranks in 2025 and linking up with renowned coach Lance Brauman at Pure Athletics in Florida, the Adidas-sponsored athlete had impressive 60meters Indoor and Outdoor early-season performances.
She opened her 2026 season with a stellar 7.11 secondS run in the 60 meters at the New Balance Indoor Grand Prix in Boston, securing a silver medal.
The former World Under 20, 200 meters champion ran a solid 22.82 seconds in the 200 meters at the Tom Jones Memorial in Mid-April.
The Rabat Diamond League will mark her first major top-tier outdoor test against a highly competitive international cast.
