New date coming for Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) Annual General Meeting
A new date for the Jamaica Cricket Association (JCA) Annual General meeting to elect a new administration will have to be set, as the procedure for notification to all affiliates was not properly executed .
The AGM was originally set for May 28, where the incumbent President Dr Donavan Bennet is vying to serve a second term in office.
There were no challengers for Dr Bennett at the close of the nomination process at midnight on May 14, and that nomination excercise has now been declared null and void.
Meanwhile, the complexion of the challenges following the now defunct nomination process could change with a new AGM date to be confirmed.
